1. The Perfect Layering Dress
When an email landed in my in-box touting "The Ultimate Layering Dress" from White + Warren, I had to open it. For once, my inbox wasn't exaggerating. This scoop neck jersey dress is ideal for layering; try a belted cardi or leather jacket on top, or a turtleneck underneath. Of course you can wear it as is until the mercury drops a few degrees.
The White + Warren Travel Jersey Scoop Neck Dress is 95 percent Rayon and 5 percent Spandex and is hand-washable. It comes in sizes extra-small through large and is available in heather gray or black.
2. A Mysterious New Fragrance
When you're ready to trade summer's floral for a perfume with depth, spritz on the new Oriental scent Coco Noir from Chanel. It features top notes of grapefruit and bergamot, rose and jasmine underlined with Indonesian patchouli and sandalwood notes to create a warm and seductive scent.
The scent was created by Chanel Master Perfumer Jacques Polge who was inspired by Italy. Recalling his journey to unveil the mystery of black through fragrance, Polge explains, “The night vision of the Orient that starts and ends in Venice imposed itself upon me, and that is where I wanted to go.”
Available where Chanel beauty products are sold.
3. A Charitable Tote
Totes are great for carrying around stuff and stashing in your purse should you have an unexpected purchase and don't want to get yet another plastic bag. Neutrogena celebrity spokeswoman Emma Roberts designed this playful tote to benefit Wave For Change, Neutrogena's campaign to improve education. Best of all, it's free when you buy two Neutrogena skin care products at Target. Each purchase contributes a dollar toward the $250,000 charity goal. You have until August 31 or until supplies run out to get your bag at Target!
4. A Neon Striped Scarf
Neon is a trend that's here to stay for a while. Incoporate it into your transitioning summer/fall wardrobe with a gorgeous neon-striped scarf. This Gabriel Scarf from Ethiopian brand Lemlem features a multicolored woven pattern bordering each ends of the scarf and is finished with hand twisted cotton fringe. The scarf measures 80" x 20" and is made of 85 percent Ethiopian grown cotton and 15 percent Acrylic.
Wear it now to the beach as a sarong, then in fall wear it around your neck with your favorit jeans and t-shirt combo.
The Lemlem line is the brainchild of Liya Kebede, a former model who hails from Ethiopia. She wanted to preserve the art of weaving and help employ the weavers in her homeland.
The Lemlem Gabriel Scarf also comes in olive with purple and lime green stripes. It's hand wash or dry clean only.
5. A Lower-Priced Designer Handbag

A part of the proceeds from the sale will go to three charities near to Gryson's heart: The 911 Memorial fund, Gryson is a Tribeca resident, the Family Focus Adoption Services founded by Gryson’s mother, and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center where her mother-in-law was treated.
