You may have seen those new ads with Ellen DeGeneres touting the benefits of the new CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush. I put it to the longwearing test.
How Does It Work?
CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush has Olay Regenerist Serum swirled in it to help the blush go on smooth, prevent it from settling into fine lines and keep it in place all day long. It also has SPF 22, for added protection. This doesn’t mean you get to skip SPF, though. You still need to apply SPF moisturizer or lotion all over your face.
How Do I Use It?
I suggest using your fingers to apply the CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush on the apples of your cheek. Then blend it back towards your ears along the tops of your cheekbones with the sponge (included in compact).
How Did It Perform?
The blush is super lightweight and glides on easily. It blended into place in seconds. It’s sheer, which I like, because I’m quite rosy. I did need to reapply it midway through my day.
Is It Right for Me?
Cream blushes are generally best for summer, when you want lighter makeup. If you’re 35+ or your skin is dry, you’ll also benefit from this blush. The Olay Serum makes it extra moisturizing and flattering on drier skin. It comes in four shades.
