Happy October!

It's a beautiful day here in NYC, which has me excited for fall (never mind that it is supposed to hit 80 later this week). October is one of my favorite months--besides the weather, there's so much to do: the football season is in full swing; baseball is headed to the pennant race; there's a semi-holiday (Columbus Day, which I don't actually get off) and, of course, Halloween.
