True confession: I'm a proud Botox user. Yes, I'm good about moisturizing my face every night and wear sunblock daily, but nothing gives results like Botox. It makes me look refreshed--like I finally caught up on that week's worth of sleep I've needed for the past five years. I've used it for several years now and get injections by my dermatologist about every 6 months. It's quick, easy and nearly painless.
If you have any specific questions about it, please let me know. The one warning I will give, which goes applies to injectibles like Restylane and Juvaderm as well: Make sure you go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for injections. Botox et al is powerful stuff, make sure you're trusting your face and health to the right person.
Help Botox Donate Money to Your Favorite Charity
Now, onto the reason I'm coming out of the closet about Botox today: Botox launched Expressions of Kindness Charitable campaign. You simply fill log onto ExpressKindnessCampaign.com and answer a short questionnaire about kindness. (It's fun stuff. An example of a question is "A Kind Person I Admire Is______________"). For every profile that's completed, Botox will donate $25 to one of three charities up to $250,000. The charities you can chose from are: Dress for Success, which helps disadvantaged women dress for a return to the workforce; Children's Action Network, which helps find homes for children in foster care, and Make It Right, which is helping to rebuild homes destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. (Make It Right was my personal choice.)
Shown is Didiayer Snyder of Extreme Makeover, who has used Botox since 2006 and supports Make it Right.

Good post! I thought of botox for quite a long time and I’m feeling pretty convinced right now.
I have done it twice already and LOVE it. I honestly say my confidence went back up after a couple of years of decline… I only wish I had started it a couple of years ago.
Aside from eliminating wrinkles for the short term,Botox may also be used to raise eyebrows in a natural method, and helps to enhance the shape of a person’s face giving them an increasingly healthy, alert looking beauty.Numerous patients seek Botox for the disorder hyperhidrosis, also labelled as intense sweating, for areas such as the palms of the hands and wrists, armpits, and feet. http://www.medicalsparx.com
